Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept eligible returns.

Return Window

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in their original packaging.

  • Be free of stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, we are happy to offer exchanges, subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued once your return has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
